Before Lita there was no such thing as a high-flying female wrestler. She can, still to this day, be deemed as the best high flying female wrestler ever.

Lita started her wrestling career after seeing Rey Mysterio Jr. wrestle in WCW. She went to Mexico to train and be apart of the Luchadora lifestyle.

She made a brief home in ECW which led to her career in WWE after impressing promoters.

Lita wrestled in many matches including inter-gender battles where she teamed with the Hardy Boyz. Her biggest feud was with Trish Stratus which lasted until Trish retired in 2006.  

The unfortunate ending to Lita's career was due to her off-screen relationships between Matt Hardy and then Adam Copeland (Edge).

Fans were unforgiving to Lita's situation. They demoralized her in and out of the ring making it virtually impossible to continue a serious career. She retired before her time and started a new career in music where she plays bass for a band called Luchagors.
