Shimmer Wrestling

Shimmer Wrestling is an independent professional female wrestling promotion based in Chicago, ILL. It was established by Dave Prazak and along with Allison Danger, runs the promotion. The first Shimmer event came on November 6th, 2005.

Shimmer is a wonderful promotion that gives professional female wrestlers a platform to show their skills. About once every 3 months Shimmer has a big event in Berwyn, ILL. During these events, two DVDs are made and sold initially through Ring of Honor (ROH) online store and then through general retail. ROH and Shimmer work together, the Shimmer title is recognized and defended at ROH events. Shimmer is also "in bed" with Total Non Stop Action Wrestling (TNA), the wrestlers often compete on both promotions.
