Velvet Sky Debut

Velvet Sky debut in TNA started as an invitation to a 10 woman gauntlet to determine the first TNA women's champion. This also paved the way for a new women's division in TNA.

Velvet Sky was one of the ten chosen for this opportunity that gave these women exposure and a chance for glory. October 14th, 2007 was that day, the day of the debuts of several "Knockouts" including Angelina Love. Velvet Sky (Talia Madison) was eliminated by Gail Kim who then became the TNA Knockout Champion.

She is a big part of TNA and is accredited for helping make TNA female wrestling what it is today.

In 2008 Sky formed an alliance with Angelina Love. This elevated both careers as the duo became unstoppable. They evolved to be villainous snobs with the intent to cleanse TNA of the ugly people. This included forced makeovers, forced haircuts and demoralizing anyone that they choose. In April of 2009 Angelina Love beat Awesome Kong and won the TNA Knockouts Championship Title. All this with much help from Velvet Sky and their newest member, Madison Rayne.

Their feuds are priceless with entertainment and surprising to average fans, they are very good wrestlers. Like all other sports entertainers, Velvet Sky worked hard and paid her dues that got her to the spotlight in TNA.
