Best Velvet Sky Matches

The best Velvet Sky Matches have definitely been 2008 and 2009. She did win the Women's Xtreme Wrestling Title in a Battle Royal in May of 2004. Since then, Sky has honed her skills in independent circuits, WWE and then to TNA where she is now making waves.

July 17th, 2007 on TNA Impact! Velvet Sky (who was Talia Madison at that time) competed in a Battle Royal to become the number one contender for the TNA Knockouts Champion worn by Taylor Wilde. She went on to win the Battle Royal but lost to Taylor Wilde after.

In 2008, things began to change for Sky when she partnered up with Angelina Love. This duo teamed up in many tag team matches against Awesome Kong and Raisha Saeed, it was like female all star matches as all four are stellar entertainers. One of the best matches Velvet Sky has had is the one against Awesome Kong. In a losing battle this poor beauty got destroyed with an Awesome Bomb ending. Though this was a fun match for the viewers, and Velvet Sky seems to be enjoying her character with Angelina Love.

Velvet Sky will continue to have a brilliant 2009, and as long as TNA plays their cards right, she will continue to mesmerize wrestling fans everywhere.
