Sky TNA! Her real name is Jamie Szantyr, she has also gone by the
name Talia Madison. Though Velvet Sky is a name that will be known
by every wrestling-watching household.
Most female wrestlers are either intimidating, or beautiful. Velvet Sky is stunning.
This "Princess on the Mat" has helped women's wrestling become what it is today. Never mind her looks, she also has an arsenal of great wrestling moves and her technical skills are fun to watch.
In 2008, Velvet Sky aligned herself with Angelina Love (formerly Angel Williams) and eventually created the "Beautiful People" in TNA. They have put bags over their opponents faces, they have cut their hair and embarrass them on television. Sky's confidant Angelina Love took the Knockout title from Awesome Kong in April 2009 thanks in big part to Sky's distractions and assists outside the ring. Also recently, they acquired another member of the "Beautiful People", Madison Rayne.
Velvet Sky was ranked the 23rd best female wrestler in 2008. In 2009 this will increase greatly and stay for many years to come. She is as adorable as a Barbie doll yet mean as a Chucky doll. TNA Impact and Velvet Sky are a great partnership.
