Submissions Count Anywhere Match: DX vs. Legacy

Lilian Garcia announces the rules for this match as Shawn Michaels and Triple H make their way to the ring to a nice pop from the Montreal crowd. They take the mic for their usual pre-match DX stuff. A "you screwed Bret" chant breaks out and Triple H talks about the Montreal "incident" and says it was all Shawn's fault. The crowd pops. Shawn says it wasn't him. "You screwed Bret" breaks out again. Out next is Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase.

Things start out quickly with DX jumping Legacy and pounding on them in the corners. Rhodes is sent out to the floor and Dibiase falls victim to a face breaker and chop block. Rhodes is back in and he falls victim to a shin breaker and a chop block. The action spills outside and bear with me as this one will be mighty hard to cover.

Michaels turns his attention to Rhodes, but Rhodes surprises him with an ankle lock. HBK gets to the ropes but it doesn't break the submission, Michaels gets to a single leg, still in the ankle lock, fights off DiBiase, sends Ted to the outside and hits Rhodes with a superkick.
