WWE Rosa Mendes

WWE Rosa Mendes was born October 25th, 1979 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Her real name is Milena Leticia Roucka with Czech/Costa Rican background.

Rosa was a real tomboy and enjoys getting rough. At one point she trained for MMA fighting until she decided to tryout for the WWE Diva Search 2006. Rosa did very well in the search having gone all the way to the top 4 before being taken out.

Just days later WWE decided to set her up with developmental contract on August 24th, 2006 and she began training with the promotion (OVW) Ohio Valley Wrestling.

In a short six and a half months Rosa Mendes debuted for OVW on April 4th, 2007 in a losing 4 on 4 tag team battle. She quickly established her presence, on September 19th, 2007 she won the Women's Championship title by winning a 6 way battle.

On February 20th, 2008 Rosa lost her OVW title to Katie Lea Burchill, a few weeks later she, along with others under WWE contract, went to (FCW) Florida Championship Wrestling.

March 2008 she debuted at FCW and won her match against Wesley Holiday.

Rosa Mendes made her first appearance in the WWE on November 24th, 2008 as a fan of Beth Phoenix though she didn't have an official match until March 2009. March 30th Rosa joined a 18 Diva tag team match in which she lost.

Much of 2009 she was aligned with Santino Marella and Beth Phoenix.

Rosa participated in Wrestlemania XXV on April 5th, 2009 in the 25 Diva Battle Royal which was won by Santino(a) Marella. In August 2009 she began managing Carilto. On September 28th, 2009 she lost a title match against Mickie James and then on October 12th, 2009 she was traded to ECW.

Her wrestling career has just begun, will she become a WWE Champion?
