WXW Female Title History

WXW Female Title History began in 1996. Kattra was the 1st champion. She did not defend her title and was eventually stripped for it.

March 3rd, 2001 - BellaDawna defeats Jessica Dally to become WCW women's champion. Was later stripped of the title.

July 11th, 2003 - Cindy Rogers wins a Battle Royal and last eliminating April Hunter to win the title.

December 19th, 2003 - April Hunter defeats Cindy Rogers.

May 29th, 2004 - Talia (Velvet Sky) wins the WXW title in a Battle Royal.

July 8th, 2005 - Mercedes Martinez beats Talia.

February 2006 - Mercedes Martinez wins the WXW Cruiserweight Title.

March 9th, 2006 - Alicia defeats Alere Little Feather and Cindy Rogers, Mercedes Martinez is stripped of her title because of her WXW Cruiserweight Title victory.

August 8th, 2006 - Cindy Rogers beats Alicia.

January 6th, 2007 - Mercedes Martinez beats Cindy Rogers.

March 3rd, 2007 - Kacee Carlisle beats Mercedes Martinez; It was announced that she won in an empty arena match.

2008 - Mercedes Martinez becomes champion.

2010 - Title Vacated

January 9th, 2010 - Betsy Ruth vs Kimberly; Kimberly wins the vacated title.

Kimberly is defending her title December 18th against Amy Love after several title defenses throughout the year. By defeating Amy, Kimberly will have held the title all year... a giant accomplishment in WXW.

September 10th, 2011 - Mercedes Martinez vs Kimberly; Mercedes wins.

WXW Women's Elite 8 Tournament History

November 14th, 2009 is the next Annual Elite 8 Women's Tournament. Mercedes will most likely put up her title and try to become a 3-time ELITE champion.

Since 2002 an ELITE 8 Women's Tournament has happened annually in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida.
